How Buying Works

All purchases go through our eBay listings, not a checkout on this site — we don’t process payments or orders directly. This keeps every transaction covered by eBay’s buyer protection, which matters when you’re paying several thousand euros for a signal analyzer sight unseen.

In practice, that means the workflow runs in two steps. First, contact us here with the model and any questions about condition, calibration, or included accessories. Once everything checks out, we point you to the live eBay listing (or create one) so you can complete the purchase there, with eBay’s payment and dispute protections in place throughout.

What to Include When You Contact RF-Labs

• Equipment questions — the brand, model, and, if known, the eBay listing you’re looking at. This lets us pull the exact unit’s test records instead of a generic spec sheet.
• Selling or trading in equipment — the model, condition, and any known faults. We buy surplus and end-of-life RF test equipment from labs and service providers across Europe, so include enough detail for a fair initial estimate.
• Wholesale or bulk orders — the quantity and equipment types you’re interested in, plus your target timeline.

We read every message ourselves — no ticketing system, no generic auto-replies. Response times vary with volume, so we don’t guarantee a fixed turnaround, but most questions get an answer within one to two business days.
